"description":"This data set represents rights of way related to Arizona state trust land. A state trust parcel in Arizona is a piece of state trust land where the State holds and manages the rights (for uses such as grazing, agriculture, commercial leases). Rights of way grant authorized entities the ability to access or cross state land for specific purposes such as roadways, utilities, pipelines, or communication lines. This is crucial to land disposition activities, including commercial leasing, sales, and planning. The data layer is created to serve as base information for use in GIS systems for a variety of planning and analysis purposes. It is maintained by the Arizona State Land Department (ASLD) and is updated monthly. Access is granted to public agencies, educational institutions, non-profit organizations and private individuals for non-commercial purpose. For commercial use of the data see Arizona Revised Statutes 39-121.03.",
